傘径７ｍｍほどのクラゲ。

クラゲの形が悪くなり心配してしまうが、そこから分裂して2つのクラゲになる。春に日本海側で多く見られる。

飼育は難しいが、無性生殖による長期飼育は可能である。当館ではポリプを得て繁殖にも成功している。

 

This species is a jellyfish with a bell diameter of about 7 mm.
Although its shape deteriorates, causing concern, it splits into two jellyfish.

It is commonly observed along the Sea of Japan coast in spring.
While difficult to keep in captivity, long-term maintenance through asexual reproduction is possible.

My aquarium has successfully obtained polyps and achieved reproduction.
