沖縄本島から石垣島で見られている。
毒性が非常に強く、沖縄県では毎年刺傷被害が出ている。
重症の場合は呼吸困難、心肺停止を引き起こすこともある。
It has been observed on Ishigaki Island, off the coast of Okinawa Main Island.
It is extremely venomous, and stings occur every year in Okinawa Prefecture.
In severe cases, it can cause respiratory distress and cardiopulmonary arrest.
